hairstylist & color educator
“I make hair contact before eye contact.”
Discovering her love of beauty and fashion at a very young age, Sara's first clients were her Barbie dolls, all of whom eventually ended up bald or bobbed. Shortly after styling every single Barbie, she then moved on to giving herself bang trims and haircuts. Some of the results will live forever in childhood photos... unfortunately.
Sara has had a passion for the industry since birth. First completing an esthetics program, where halfway through she knew she wanted to do hair and nothing else, she enrolled in cosmetology school immediately after, and has been in the business since 2001.
After graduation, she was hired into an advanced apprentice program where she studied cutting, coloring, and advanced styling techniques. She also went on to study, and complete a program at the Toni & Guy Academy in Southern California.
Sara continues to hone her craft by keeping up with current trends. She specializes in creative color and cutting. She is known for her versatility, and ability to help clients find their own style by bringing out the best in them.
Sara shares her industry expertise and knowledge by being an educator in the salon's apprentice program.
